The listed neo-Gothic Villa Boveri was built from 1895 to 1897 by Swiss architect Karl Moser and served as the residence of industrialist Walter Boveri and his family.
Today, Villa Boveri is used for training courses, seminars, and as a venue for cultural events. It holds the status of a cultural property of national significance.
Conversion of the Attic Floor, Villa Boveri, Baden
In 2014/15, the second floor and the attic were converted into seminar, creative, and common rooms. Targeted strengthening measures to the structure enabled a generous floor plan layout.
Fire protection requirements were addressed through a project-specific fire protection concept in accordance with the latest VKF standards.
