The above-ground floors of the new central wing are largely designed using precast construction. The floor slabs, spanning up to 19 m, are pre-tensioned ribbed slabs. Interior walls and columns were constructed using cast-in-place concrete. The facade structure consists of prefabricated square columns arranged at 1.4 m intervals.
