The four-story urban residential building in the heart of Zurich was constructed entirely using cast-in-place concrete.

The outer shell of the double-skin exposed concrete facade is only 12 cm thick and was executed in bush-hammered lime concrete and subsequently bush-hammered. An aggregate mixture of crushed stone and color pigment gives the new building a warm, earthy hue.
